Processing elastomers and composites.
We have highly qualified employees, a quality management system, and decades of experience to ensure the quality of our products and services. We use a three-roll calender to make blank elastomer products. We also combine elastomers with fabrics, and friction and coat them.
We are also able to produce elastomer sheet, rubber-metal bonds, and moulded components using our vulcanisation presses. We also operate three rotary machines to provide additional production options.
We use cutting machines to process tapes and wraps, and we will also cut them to bespoke length on request. We can also print on the products using inkjet technology to ease identification. Our production facilities are also able to coat carrier materials with butyl or acrylic adhesive.
Usable width from 400 to 1,300 mm. Thickness from 0.20 to 4 mm. Roll length from 5 to 500m.
Pressing force from 500 to 800 tonnes. Usable area either 1,000 x 1,200 or 800 x 3,200 mm.
Usable width from 400 to 1,200 mm. Thickness from 0.20 to 10 mm. Operating temperature up to 190°C.
Usable width from 30 to 1,300 mm. Roll diameter from 300 to 500 mm.
Usable width from 10 to 120 mm. Coating thickness up to 2.50 mm.
